Athlant - Delphi, C++ Builder and Turbo C# source control expert. It supports 24 most famous version control systems: CVS, Subversion, Visual SourceSafe, IBM Rational ClearCase, Starbase Versions (StarTeam), etc.
Professional programmers use version control systems to save their sources and documents. Version control systems enable developers to have easy management of group development, save and synchronize changes in the program code, cancel wrong changes in the sources and many other things. Even those developers, who are working alone, use version control systems to save files on every development stage and view history of all code changes. If you do not use version control yet, we recommend you to do this as it will save you much time.

Different people prefer different version control systems. Perhaps you are participating in an Open Source project and using CVS. I was looking for a way to integrate Clearcase with Delphi 7. The first product that I tried was Athlant. It worked extremely well; however, when I purchased the product, I received a newer version that was not compatible with my system. Athlant's customer service department provided me with a workaround until the problem could be diagnosed and resolved. When a new version was released, I was immediately contacted by support to give it a try. The newest version now works and has several nice new features such as auto-adding a header to new or existing files and hot-key configuration to check-out and check-in faster. I am currently the only developer in my company using this product, but I plan on spreading the word to other departments.
