A new FIBPlus 6.9.6 version is available for download. You can see its changes and download a demo version in two separate archives - FIBPlus 6.9.6 for Delphi 5-7, C++ Builder 5-6 and BDS 2005-2007, and FIBPlus 6.9.6 for Delphi/C++ Builder 2009.
