Devrace are happy to announce the release of FIBPlus 6.4 (evaluation version). This version is fully compatible with Borland Developer Studio 2006. So now FIBPlus components are compatible with a big number of Borland products: Delphi 5-7, Delphi 2005-2006, C++ Builder 5-6, 2006 and Kylix 3, as well as with servers Borland InterBase 4.x-7.x and Firebird 1.x-2.0. This new version of FIBPlus, the best tool in Database Connectivity category according to the voting results of Delphi Informant Magazine�s 2004 Reader Choice Awards, includes a number of enhancements and more than 10 bug fixes. Clevercomponents announce Database Comparer components to compare, synchronize and update databases structure compatible with FIBPlus. Database Comparer implements highly intelligent and robust synchronization algorithm. During first comparison step it takes Target database or Target SQL/DDL script and compare it to the Master database or Master SQL/DDL script trying to locate all structure differences and prepare final SQL script which will be applied to the Target and make its structure equal to Master structure. At this stage Database Comparer extracts all objects, descriptions and links from both Master and Target structures and then compares actual objects from Master with objects from Target building final update SQL script. BlazeTop is a visual InterBase/Firebird/Yaffil development and administration tool, an object environment, which can intergate into itself various functions due to the robust mechanism of dynamic plugins.
