	Devrace developers continue to improve FIBPlus library and make it better compatible with Firebird 2 (in particular now FIBPlus supports charset UTF8 fields for Firebird 2). That's why the newest FIBPlus version 6.45 has a number of improvements and 16 bug fixes. FIBPlus 6.45 also supports C++ Builder 2006. For more details please check Release Notes.
